Rounded Rectangle:   Capt. Don Martin was given a trip on the Critter Fleet day bottom trip by a fishing friend up in Palm Coast and it was only his second time he had been on a head boat. He went on Friday, December 28, 2007 with his friend Greg and Greg's son. On the second stop about 10:30 AM he hooked into this sucker. He was using his own bottom rod with a Penn 113h reel. He rigged a slider rig on 60 lb leader with a 6/0 circle hook and 8 oz lead. Using chunks of cut squid, it took about 20 minutes to get him boat side so the mate could get him on the gaff. The fish weighted in at 36 lbs on the Critter Fleet scale which is the club record.
